Goodbye Mrs. Arter !

Allie had her last day of kindergarten today. She hugged her teacher, Mrs. Arter, and gave her a little gift. More of her friends posed with the kindergarten teachers as well. Allie will miss school but is excited for the summer!

Bad Storms

We had really bad storms Thursday night. Here's a picture of our neighbor's tree.....it just split from the high winds! Mark plans to use part of it as firewood :-)

Saltdogs Game

We went to a Lincoln Saltdogs game tonight and were only able to see a few innings before the storms rolled in. At least the girls were able to meet Homer the Dog and Ronald McDonald.

Mowing the Sidewalk

Celia loves her little pink lawnmower. She just pushes it up and down, up and down, up and down the sidewalk. She would do it all day if we let her!

Recital Day!

Allie had a big day today starting off with a 2-hour dress rehearsal, a trip to the stylist, a visit from Julie and then the big recital! Her position was front and center and she remembered all her steps and did really well! She received a bouquet of flowers from Julie and a Webkinz from mom and dad for a job well done. Then she lost her tooth at dinner!

Soccer Season Over!

Allie's team had its sixth and final game of the season tonight. Although they didn't win, everyone had fun and even brought a trophy home. Go Falcons!

Happy Mom's Day!

Happy Mother's Day! The kids and dad got me a cake, some flowers and took me out to dinner :-) Plus I was able to do my Body Pump class, so it was a good day.

Rainy days

Saturday was cold and rainy.....so the girls decided to make a fort under the dining room table.

Hillfest

Allie's school had its annual Hillfest carnival Friday night. Allie had her hair "colored" at one of the booths. Mom worked at one of the game booths as well. A fun time for all!
