Adventureland

Allie, Julie and I traveled up to Des Moines for a quick trip to Adventureland. It was a long drive, but everyone had a lot of fun. We went on a few rides, played games, went to the water park and played Bingo and saw a magic show. And of course - ate. I've never seen so much food at one place in my life!

Gymnastics

Celia recently started gymnastics and LOVES it! She's so sad when it's over and keeps saying "Again? Again?" when we leave. We'll see if she has a future in it. Maybe she can follow in cousin Ian and Ross's footsteps! (doubt it)

Pigtails !

Celia sported her first set of pigtails this week and was very excited about it :-)

Partytime!

Allie had her birthday party at the Lincoln Racquet Club. They played in the junior gym, had cake and opened presents and then went swimming. She had fun blowing out the six candles on her Scooby Doo cake!

Allie's 6th Birthday!

It was Allie's 6th Birthday today and one of her favorite presents was this Kit Kittredge doll. Mom and Celia had lunch with Allie at school, then she opened the rest of her presents including an Easy Bake Oven and cake mixes. We went out for dinner, then had a cookie cake for dessert. The big party is on Sunday :-)
