Allie saved up her money for a new guitar! Lessons will start soon......

The best Mother's Day card ever!

Recital

Allie had her big dance recital on Mother's Day weekend. She did really well and had such a pretty dress!

Mall

Some days we go to the mall to kill time.......not always a good choice as I can't NOT go into the stores!

More Gymnastics

Celia had another "Parent Observation Day" at gymnastics. There's only one other 3-year old in there, and the others are all 4 and 5. She's really good at it and looks forward to it every week.

Swimming

Celia started Level 2 swimming and has Allie's old instructor, Ms. Sandy, who also works at the licorice store (cool!) - she seems to be doing very well. Although she does miss Miss Sue.

New Baby!

We saw cousin Jenny's new baby this week. Cora is only a few weeks old and very cute. Lots of dark hair :-)

Allie rides bike!

Allie learned how to ride a bike this week and now that's all she wants to do. VEry exciting!! Can't wait to hit the bike trails. Celia still rides her 3-wheeler, even though she does have a bike w/training wheels.

Easter

The girls dyed Easter eggs and got baskets in the morning. Not too much candy this year, but Celia inhaled everything she got!

Spring Break

The girls and I drove up to Minnesota for their Spring Break. We saw all the family and went to Mall of America. THe girls went to the aquarium and Rainforest Cafe this time - they really liked the monkeys in the walls!

Shamrock Cookies

We made some shamrock cookies today - my very favorite cookies in the whole world :-)

Gymnastics

Celia has moved up to the next level in gymnastics. We can only watch during "observation day" and we had our first one. She's getting really good! For the youngest kid in there, she definitely has the most skills.

Snowman Family

Sesame Street Live

We went to Sesame Street Live AGAIN ( this was the 6th or 7th year I think) b/c Dad gets free tickets at work.

Christmas Program

Celia had her pre-school Christmas program in January. The kids didn't have much time to practice since there were so many snow days, but it was cute to watch.

Snow in Tub

Another snow day means it's time to get creative........the girls loved having snow in the tub to play with - Hannah Montana barbie took a hot tub!

Dog Bath

We had another snow day today (the 4th one so far) so we decided to give the dog a bath. Celia had fun helping clean Maggie. Now the house smells like "wet dog" instead of "stinky dog".

Cousins visit

Allie and Celia's cousins, Ross, Ian and Mackenzie, came to visit on their way home from Colorado. The girls had fun seeing them.
